Was having a serious issue with my Hyundai hybrid and called these guys... the gentleman that helped me over the phone was SUPER knowledgeable about my issue. I provided the diag codes and the sequence of events leading to the breakdown, and he knew right away the probable cause. Even though it was a proprietary Hyundai issue, only resolveable by a dealership, I greatly appreciate the honesty, time, and information he was able to give. I had my car towed to a Hyundai dealership, and a proprietary battery reprogram was indeed the critical issue... I should have my loyal steed back by sundown. No doubt I will contact Torque first for any future repairs on my vehicles!! :)

I had a wheel alignment done, and the service was quicker than I expected. All of my questions were answered, and the price and quotes for future work were reasonable.

My first experience was with Service Mgr. ‘Ken’, who graciously offered to adjust my Tire PSI (4) with no fee. Scheduled with Service Adviser ‘Jack’ an Engine Oil/Filter Service with Tires replacement. As I am a former multi-location automotive repair facility owner/operator, I have specific requests which Jack handled. I was phone/e-contacted with updates which I greatly appreciated. The facility is newly built, with a comfortable client area including coffee/snacks. You will find the value with all they provide. Without reservation I recommend Torque. -texx s.
