Thank you Micheaux! He was very professional yet friendly the 2x I have been to Torque Automotive. When I arrived for my much needed oil change in May 2020, during Coronavirus, I wasn’t able to have my husband drive so I could sit in his car during the service as he was recovering from surgery & wasn’t driving. Micheaux arranged for me to sit alone in their lobby so I would not have to sit in the chair I brought outside your doors. What great service! He was thorough, took my temperature, escorted me to the lobby. The oil change & tire rotation were done, receipt printed, another later emailed. And... I was a new customer, I was very impressed!

These guys are great. From day one they have been nothing but professional and above all friendly, honest, and their prices are really good and fair. Torque continues to effective service my 2006 Porsche Boxster in a timely, cost effective manor. The staff is efficient, providing routine communications on the status of my vehicle. My visit included regular maintenence; in addition, the tech's identified a couple of issues which they shared both the problem as well as the cost and time-line. Torque completed all agreed to repairs on time and budget. I will continue to support Torque as needed for service on my vehicle. The staff is knowledgable and friendly, I recommend them to all.

My car failed Sunday afternoon. Simon scheduled an appointment at my convenience on Monday for diagnostic testing and sent me home in a loaner car. By Tuesday afternoon my car was back running better than ever. The guys at torque were so courteous, professional and a pleasure to do business with! They fix it faster And it works great

I have been a loyal customer of Torque for several years now. They do not disappoint. On my recent visit for an oil change for a 2008 Mercedes CLK 350 with 154,000 miles I was greeted with COVID 19 procedures where my hands were sanitized and my temperature was taken. These precautions were greatly appreciated. Like I said it was a routine oil change, which was accomplished in short order. Staff assured me that I could go another 100K since the car had no problems. Michaux was great.
