I am very pleased to know that I have found someone that can properly diagnose and repair my vehicle while being fair and providing prompt service. It's rare to be able to get in and out of European automotive service within 2 to 3 days... especially since I had to show up without an appointment due to an overheating problem. Very responsive staff and quality repair works made going without my vehicle easier to endure. To my surprise, my vehicle was even washed when I arrived to pick it up and of course no longer overheating.

I needed a wheel alignment performed on my Volkswagen and they fit me in the next business day. The service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable while the technicians dialed in the wheel alignment in no time. Thanks again for the great service!

Overall great experience. Simon responded quickly to emails, the shop provided a loaner car, and the repair was done in a timely manner. On top of this, the price was hundreds less than a competitor. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

I have been to several local places to service my Porsche Boxster and always found Torque to be very professional in all aspects. Simon, in particular, the owner is very nice and very accommodating. They offer loaner cars and their time estimates are accurate. I believe their pricing is also reasonable and they are always willing to discuss what was done. Their waiting area and shop are clean and well maintained. If something is overlooked or there is something minor they can look at, they don't hesitate to quickly address. All around, I give them "A"s.
