I took my Mercedes 2022 E450 in for a Service B maintenance. It was truly a pleasant experience! Ken was very nice and responsive to questions. I loved how the invoice was broken down in sections which makes it clear to read and understand. You also have the option to approve or decline the recommended service(s). I was able to my car the night before which was convenient for me and when it ready for pickup, I could pay the bill on my cell. All this to say, Ken was super to work with and kept inform every step of the way. Thank you so much. 5 STARS !!!!!!!

One of the best automotive service experiences I’ve had in 20 years!! What was promised was done… on time and as quoted. Customer service was impeccable. Provided a loaner car similar to what I would expect at Mercedes or Infiniti … at zero cost. Very strong recommendation!! A++++

Super friendly service! Super quick response time as well! Caleigh was wonderful and full of knowledge - we are still working together to troubleshoot my "Check Hybrid System" error that comes and goes randomly but highly recommend this auto team.
