I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. Torque Automotive provides exceptional service, they are experts in what they do and the value for money is outstanding, not to mention the great waiting area for customers.

We thought our 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid was a goner! The Ford dealer told us the battery had failed and wanted $13 K to replace it! Torque/Hybrid Geek was able to get it back up and running for $2500 and even in Lee a two year warranty! These guys rock! I know I used a lot of exclamation points in this review, but in this case, it’s justified!

Our 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid battery died after 280k miles. The Hybrid Geek sent a replacement and installed it 4 hours from Raleigh. When the replacement had problems, Simon drove over again with another replacement (no additional charge) and worked with the local dealer's service department to fix the problem. The car is again a joy to drive.
