Simon is passionate about cars and it shows in his attention to detail. I have had my Porsche to several places in the Raleigh area and he is the ONLY one who solved my performance lag problem, among other issues. Friendly service and good rates as well.

Honest and quick!

I use Torque Automotive because of the professionalism of Simon Withers and his staff. They use Liquid Moly as the motor oil of choice and the one I prefer. In addtiona to the oil change Simon recommended cabin filter and air cleaner filter changes and showed me how dirty they were. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Simon takes care of his customers and makes sure their car gets what it needs to keep running forever. I have know him for a long time and he has always been honest and fair. My car is 8 years old and I mostly see him for oil changes and car maintenance.

Took my 335i sedan for spark plug replacement. Simon is knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. He is also honest and explains the problems/issues in good detail. His fees are very reasonable. I will be going to him for all my BMW repair/servicing needs. Glad I found Torque Automotive !

Professionalism & Expertise

Simon has serviced my '08 Porsche 911 at his place of previous employment. I had the oil changed which is no big deal and part of the process is to scan for problem codes. Simon found a code for emission system and cleared it. The new shop is spacious, clean, and well equipped. I will continue to take my business to Torque Automitive.

Once again Simon and his team go above and beyond with service on my ML350

I drive a 350z and it means everything to me. My biggest concern was who I would let touch it. These people especially know what they are doing and you can just tell that by the look of the shop alone. I am super happy with my car and is purring like a kitten (:
