Great work on my Boxter. Ten year old battery finally needed replacement. Appointment was easy to make. They replaced the battery and changed the oil on my car while I waited on Monday morning. They did it quickly and efficiently and I’m very pleased with not only this service call but on the others that I have had with them in the past. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Handled situation very professionally compared to another place I went to. The other place had needed 2 visits to diagnose, and was going to fix the wrong problem, and it would have cost me over $1k. Torque diagnosed quickly and correctly, at a cost less than 1/3 of the original, incorrect diagnosis. Had to get the part shipped from an alternative supplier, but they stuck on it. They also had a loaner vehicle I was able to use while my car was in the shop. They were courteous and all around service was great!

As always, Ken was very pleasurable to work with and knowledgeable about my Mercedes. When I bought this, it had quite a few things wrong with it. But Torque Automotive has now straightened it completely out and I'm extremely excited about having my Mercedes in tip top shape! I really appreciate when a company tells me exactly what's wrong with it, nothing more, nothing less. Thanks again for doing a great job.
