I don't write reviews as a rule, but when I do it is because the service was exceptional. I had taken my son's 2015 Golf GTi to the local official dealer for over 12 months and having a terrible experience that culminated in them not being able to solve a persistent problem despite spending over $5000. The Torque team took the car, read the history and went about solving the issue. They communicated the whole way, provided progress and options, Extraordinarily thorough a got the job done. This is the same level of service I get from Porsche with my other car. Highly recommend them.
