If you read any of my other reviews, what is a fact is that I don't give 5 stars easily or even leave a lot of reviews. I am an anal personality type, so I need and require a lot (LOL). The management, mechanics and shop staff have gone above and beyond in helping me take care of my used 2019 Mercedes Benz GLC 4matic (that I purchased with 85k miles on the odometer). Torque is the reason I even trusted a car with that many miles and I recommend any person looking to purchase a used car to please go to them to do a pre-purchase inspection. Their find allowed me to get an extra $500 on the sale of my previous vehicle. After this great experience I knew that I would be a loyal customer and I trust them to help me put a lot more miles on my GLC. Lastly, for luxury (or non luxury) cars their prices are a lot lower vs what you will pay at a dealership.

Was having a low coolant issue with my 2015 VW Passat TDI, brought it in to Torque and had diagnosis performed. They found the issue and had the car repaired the next day. They are a great dealer alternative. I Will keep going to this shop!
