Awesome service across the board. I scheduled and oil change through Jack. When I arrived, Jack treated me like family and gave me a quick tour of the lobby. During my oil change, one of the technicians, Mathew, informed me of some small issues with my car. After receiving a very fair quote, there was no pressure whatsoever to have them complete the necessary repairs. This shop is clean with a very professional staff. I will continue to my vehicle here, and highly recommend this shop.

I brought my 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4MATIC to Torque European Car Care for a Service B, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They got me in very quickly, which I truly appreciated, and even provided a loaner car so I could go about my day without interruption. The service was thorough, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. They also offered recommendations and a quote! The customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring from start to finish. First time customer, had my Porsche towed to Torque to diagnose - my Macan went into limp mode ... they detected that it was a rear speed sensor that was causing the dashboard "Transmissioto alert "Transmission Failure".... about a $100 dollar part. Now if I had taken to a dealership, I'm pretty sure that they would say I needed to replace the transmission, for a pretty penny. Regardless, I highly recommend them. So Thanks Ken and team, I appreciate the honest and good service and will and have already recommended you to friends with Euro vehicles. -Scott P
